The Seasonal Harvest Collection is the primary garment and textile expression of Husser Legacy House. Designed around the natural cycles of regional agriculture, each release reflects the unique environmental output of a single season.
Botanical Extraction & Dye Process
Rather than relying on industrial chemical dyes, our process begins on the land. During peak harvest times, we collect natural organic byproducts, including pecan hulls, fruit skins, and seasonal flora, from local estates and agricultural partners.
These materials are processed into custom dye vats. Fabrics are dyed in carefully structured phases:
1. First Extraction: Rich, solid-toned base fabrics for primary luxury garments.
2. Secondary Extraction: Resist-dyeing techniques, batiks, and subtle tonal variations.
Absolute Exclusivity
Because our dyes are derived from natural, living harvests, no two dye vats can ever be identical. When a seasonal dye batch is fully utilized, production for that specific colorway ends completely.
Complete Cohesion: Garment to Packaging
Our commitment to unity extends beyond the garment itself. The tags attached to your piece, the note cards included in your box, and the specialty paper packaging itself are all dyed in the exact same seasonal bath, ensuring that every element of your acquisition comes from the exact same harvest.
