The list continues through Academic courses that I’ve taken at Columbia College, SC, while completing my First BA degree in Civic Engagement where I declared my Concentration in Dance Programs.

TAP DANCE PROGRAMS (1998 - 2020):

-TAP DANCING EAGLES: A program that focuses on technique, performance, and heritage.

-COLUMBIA COLLEGE SC: Academic Tap dance courses in techniques & history of tap dance.

Cecchetti Method Including

Syllabus-Based Training: Classes followed the "Days of the Week" exercises established by Enrico Cecchetti to ensure a balanced workout for the entire body.

Focus Areas: Meticulous attention to port de bras (arm carriage), precise footwork, and the development of the "Cecchetti lines."

Theory: I learned the French terminology and the anatomical logic behind the 8 positions of the body.

COLUMBIA COLLEGE SC: Nimbaya is an acclaimed West African women's drum and dance ensemble from Guinea. They are known for energetic, high-quality performances that combine traditional West African dance with powerful drumming.

Designing Dance: Costumes, set decor and props, studio decor, learning resources, beauty products, hair accessories, uniforms and fashion. I create products and resources for dancers.
